Jenna Lee Moore, soprano, is a vocal music teacher at the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Performing Arts. Ms. Moore specializes in vocal techniques, where she teaches and stages light opera arias and scenes in the yearly senior opera/musical revue. Ms. Moore is also the director of the 11/12th grade choir.
In addition, Ms. Moore also teaches private voices lessons.
Ms. Moore currently holds a B.M. in music education from Westminster Choir College and a M.A.T from Rider University. At Westminster, she had the opportunity to study voice with both Norma Newton and Sharon Sweet.
Jenna has sung in choirs conducted by James Jordan, Joe Miller, Andrew Megill, and Sun Min Lee. Ms. Moore has participated in the Westminster Opera Theater, performs regularly with the Amici Opera Company of Philadelphia, and will debut with the Amore Opera Company of NYC this year. Her roles include Ida in Donizetti’s Gemma di Vergy, Mozart in Rimsky-Korsakov’s Mozart and Salieri, Nancy in Flotow’s Martha, Larina in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin, Flora in Verdi’s La traviata, and many more.
Ms. Moore’s choral experiences include Mozart’s Mass in G with the New York Philharmonic and Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem with both the New Jersey Symphony and the Dresden Philharmonic. Ms. Moore currently studies with Bronwyn Fix-Keller at the Moravian College Music Institute.
In addition to singing, Ms. Moore is also proficient at the trombone, euphonium and tuba.
