Students star in Emmy award winning video.
LVPA participated in the eMedia Works video production, ‘NOT BEHIND THE WHEEL’, which educates viewers about the dangers of texting while driving. The video was sponsored by the Verizon Foundation and the Lehigh County Bar Association.
The Mid-Atlantic Emmy award was won by eMedia Works’ Scott Paul, Teri Haddad and Brandon Pousley, and presented to them in September. After their win, the producers decided to procure a duplicate Emmy award statuette to present to LVPA at a special ceremony. The students who acted in the video were surprised with the red carpet treatment and the reveal of the statuette, which is now proudly displayed in our lobby.
